If you receive a damaged hardcopy, you can complain within 14 days. We offer 14 days return right starting from the day you receive the item. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If the customer wants to return the hardcopy an e-mail must be send to within 14 days after receiving the item. Upon confirmation the customer then has 14 days to return the item at their own expense. Costs are only refunded if the hardcopy is unused. Upon receiving the returned item, we will make the refund of the purchase price via bank transfer. In accordance with current EU law there is a two-year warranty on purchased products.
